Clark Tapped to Build Park Tower at Transbay

SAN FRANCISCO - Clark Construction Group has been awarded a contract to build the Park Tower at Transbay, a 43-story office building in downtown San Francisco.
A joint venture of The John Buck Company, Golub and Company, and Metlife tapped Clark to construct the 872,000 square-foot building, which features two below-grade levels of parking. The building’s façade will be comprised of curtain wall with glass fins. When complete in the spring of 2018, the tower will feature sky decks offering views of the city and the San Francisco Bay.
Designed by architect Goettsch Partners, Park Tower at Transbay is targeting a LEED® Gold certification and will feature vehicle parking for alternative fuel automobiles and stormwater collection and reuse.
The project team marked the start of construction earlier this month with a ground breaking ceremony.
Project completion is slated for the spring of 2018.
