Philip J. Sheridan Elected to the DBIA National Board of Directors

PHILADELPHIA – Clark Senior Vice President Philip J. Sheridan, P.E., DBIA has been elected to the Design-Build Institute of America’s (DBIA) National Board of Directors. Phil was elected at the start of the DBIA National Conference & Expo in Philadelphia, PA, and will begin his three-year term on the Board on January 1, 2018. 

An officer with Clark Civil, Phil has over 30 years of experience delivering infrastructure projects in all market sectors, and has used design-build best practices to deliver over $3 billion in projects over the last 20 years. Phil currently serves on DBIA's Transportation and Education Committees; he also has served as a past president of the DBIA Mid-Atlantic Region and was a member of the region’s Board of Directors for 11 years. Phil leads Clark’s National Rail Group and utilizes his expertise with progressive design-build and design-build delivery methods for the CSX Virginia Avenue Tunnel and National Gateway Initiative Phase II projects, the Dulles Metrorail Silver Line - Phase II project, as well as other infrastructure projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.
