Trammell Crow has awarded Clark a $63.8 million contract for 1441 U Street in the U Street Corridor of Northwest Washington, DC. Eric Colbert & Associates is the project architect. 
 
The project team will construct a 295,000 square-foot, eleven-story mixed-use building with 288 apartment units, two levels of below-grade parking, and street-level retail space. The building will include a guest suite, two courtyards, and a rooftop infinity pool with views of the National Mall. The building's exterior will feature glazing, masonry, stone, and terracotta, 
composite and metal panels.  
 
Clark Foundations and Clark Concrete are part of the project team and will perform support of excavation and cast-in-place concrete work, respectively.
