Van Ness Hayes Associates, LLC, has awarded Clark a $140 million contract for the 150 Van Ness Apartment Complex located near San Francisco’s Civic Center Historic District.

The 419-unit complex will include 9,000 square feet of retail space and one below-grade parking level. The 450,000 square-foot building will be clad in curtain wall and terracotta panels. The facility will feature an array of amenities, including a roof-top terrace, lap-swim pool, spa, and basketball courts. Amenity space will be constructed on the first and second floors and will be comprised of reclaimed stone flooring from the California State Automobile Association headquarters, which will be demolished to make way for the complex.

When complete, the 150 Van Ness Apartment Complex will be GreenPoint Rated under the Green Globes Multifamily Building rating system.

Substantial completion is slated for February 2017.
