Overlooking the Potomac River, Fleet Street Condominiums and Aloft Hotel Washington National Harbor is a two-tower complex with 163 condominium units and an eight-story, 184-room hotel. The project is part of Maryland's National Harbor complex, adjacent to the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center.

The Fleet Street Condominiums' units feature 15 different floor plans and luxury amenities such as granite countertops and hardwood flooring throughout. The condo tower features floor-to-ceiling glazing which includes views of the waterfront.

The Aloft Hotel guest rooms are available in eight different layouts, with each room including exposed concrete ceilings with popcorn finish and intricate built-in millwork headboards and desks. The hotel features a lobby area with a bar and balcony, and a water wall. Added amenities inlcude an indoor pool overlooking an open courtyard area, a large food and beverage area, a well-equipped fitness center, and a sizeable roof deck with sweeping views of the Potomac River. 

In addition to the condominiums and hotel, the 604,000-square-foot complex features meeting rooms, one level of retail space and underground parking. Both towers have a brick veneer with precast and stone water tables as well as punch and storefront glass systems.
