Clark, serving as the managing joint venture partner, provided design-build services for the construction of the 225,000 square-foot Trainee Barracks Complex 3. The project provides four additional Basic Trainee/Company Operations Facilities (B/COF) buildings at the Harmony Church complex and is the first Basic Trainee barracks done under the USACE Center of Standardization (COS) program.

Trainee Barracks Complex 3 consisted of new construction of four training barracks buildings, an equipment storage building, anti-terrorism and force protection features (including security and access control), parking, administrative areas, and associated sitework. The barracks buildings were pre-engineered metal structures with precast panels featuring a brick inlay façade. The completed facility provides housing, training, and company space for up to 1,200 soldiers.

This new facility is located adjacent to Trainee Barracks Complexes 1 & 2, which also were completed by the Clark-led, design-build team. The Complex 3 project was awarded under a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC).
