To the north are 485,000 square feet of office space and condominiums which feature extraordinary views of the waterfront. The exterior is an ornate blend of brick, stone, and precast concrete, highlighted by arches, turrets and balconies. A two-level, below-grade parking garage includes space for 600 cars.
