Grey Callaham provides executive oversight and strategic direction for Clark Construction’s legal affairs, including contract review and negotiation, dispute resolution, litigation, and management of the company’s legal department.
Prior to joining Clark, she served as senior litigation group counsel for Johnson Controls and practiced at the law firm Williams & Connolly LLP.
