Mark Chandler provides technical planning and scheduling for priority target projects in project development and works on critical projects in delivery.

Since Joining Clark in 1994, Mark has built a portfolio of notable projects that includes:

• The Wharf
• InterContinental Washington, DC - The Wharf
• Walter E. Washington Convention Center
