Sally Hoekstra oversees and advances project development purchasing efforts in Clark’s Capital Group and maintains key relationships with trade partners.
Since joining Clark in 1992, she has previously led the successful delivery of numerous mixed-use, office, and healthcare projects. Sally also forged the first dual executive role in which she was responsible for purchasing and project delivery.
Her portfolio of notable projects includes:
