Since joining Clark in 2006, Steve has overseen many notable projects, including:

• San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) Union City Intermodal Station Phase 2A
• BART El Cerrito Del Norte Station Modernization Project
• BART Hayward Maintenance Complex Central Warehouse 
• Dulles East/West Baggage Handling and Concourse C/D Rehabilitation
• Potomac Water Filtration Plant Improvements
