1101 Sixteenth

1101 Sixteenth is a seven-story class A office building with three levels of below-grade parking, a fitness facility, outdoor terrace, and green roof space.

Clark renovated and repositioned two existing office buildings and connected them into this one structure. The project team demolished the existing buildings’ south and west façades while restoring the north and east façades of each building. The new building includes a penthouse, which is wrapped in glass and metal panels.
