Beverly Hills City Hall Seismic and Historic Renovation

Beverly Hills City Hall Seismic and Historic Renovation is the reconstruction of a nine-story building including seismically bracing all nine floors within upgrading portions of the roof with fiber-reinforced polymer. The project includes demolition and replacement of the existing roof to support a rooftop common area and improving interior tenant space in the tower levels to create administrative spaces.
