2025 Summer Associate Applications Are Open!

Each year, Clark looks forward to welcoming a new class of summer associates. We are excited to be accepting applications for the 2025 program now through December 2024: interested college students can apply here.
The 12-week summer associate program offers an opportunity to build skills and contribute to large-scale projects that shape our communities:
- Become fully integrated into a team, at one of our offices or jobsites across the country.
- Apply classroom learning in real-world scenarios.
- Get insight into the daily planning, decision-making, and communication required for successful projects.
- Benefit from exposure to new technology and less familiar areas of work.
- Participate in jobsite tours, virtual and in-person training on construction fundamentals, one-to-one mentorship, social events, and more.
- Gain valuable opportunities to build your personal network.
